THE Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) has confirmed that Lameck Banda is out of danger after the Chipolopolo winger collapsed during US Lecce’s clash with SSC Napoli in Italy. FAZ head of media and communications Nkweto Tembwe said the association had been in contact with the Zambian international following the worrying incident during the Serie A match which ended 2-1 in favour of Napoli on Saturday evening. Banda was rushed to Cardarelli Hospital in Naples after collapsing late in the match and was placed under medical observation until the early hours of yesterday.
