FORMER UPND spokesperson Charles Kakoma says he has been chosen to deliver Zambezi West Constituency to the PF in the upcoming general election. In an interview, Kakoma said PF had seen the need to adopt him to stand in Zambezi West constituency despite him not applying for adoption.
