MINISTRY of Local Government and Rural Development Permanent Secretary Maambo Hamaundu says his ministry has taken interest in the alleged K5 million land scam at the Lusaka City Council (LCC). According to a report by the Zambia Daily Mail recently, more than five computer hard drives containing vital information on this scam disappeared from the audit department at the local authority.
