PF MPs yesterday walked out of Parliament in protest of First Deputy Speaker, Attractor Chisangano’s decision not to order UPND Bweengwa MP to produce evidence that the former ruling party was indeed issuing NRCs to foreigners and underage persons. Chisangano said she couldn’t order the MP to produce evidence because the same was widely publicised unless one was not living in Zambia. While debating the budget, UPND Bweengwa MP Kasautu Michelo accused the former ruling party of issuing NRCs to foreigners and underage persons.
