THE Anti-Corruption Commission has arrested Livingstone District Veterinary Officer in the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries for corrupt practices involving over K28,000. In a statement, Thursday, ACC head of corporate communications Timothy Moono said Dr Patricia Bwalya irregularly charged members of the public for treating their animals despite the service being free, thereby collecting over K28,000 for her own benefit. “The Anti-Corruption Commission has arrested Lusaka Provincial Veterinary Officer for corrupt practices involving over K28,000.00.
