CHIEF Justice Mumba Malila says the introduction of the Economics and Financial Crimes Court has worsened the Judiciary’s accommodation problem. In an interview, recently, Justice Malila said sharing of courtrooms by certain fast-track courts contributed to the late disposal of cases. “We have very significant issues of infrastructure outside the line of rail; our magistrate and local courts are in a terrible state of disrepair and some of them are just non-existent.
