PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says some of the convicts who have been executed after being sentenced to death never committed crimes. The President claims that he was put on death row after being arrested and detained for the offence of treason. Meanwhile, President Hichilema says he takes long to act because some reports which are given to him are false and require verification.
