JUSTICE Minister Mulambo Haimbe says nothing prevents private citizens from lobbying for a Lifestyle Audits Bill to be introduced on the floor of the National Assembly. Commenting on calls by Transparency International Zambia for government to introduce a Lifestyle Audits Bill in the new year, Haimbe said the organisation was well within its rights to advocate for such a bill. He, however, said he believed that the lifestyle audit question could be addressed in the Anti-Corruption Policy. “That question came on the floor of Parliament very early in the tenure of the current administration.
