PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has traveled to Angola on a two-day state visit. In a statement, Tuesday, Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister Stanley Kakubo said while there, the President would hold bilateral talks with his counterpart João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço.
