INDEPENDENT Churches of Zambia (ICOZ) president Bishop David Masupa has lamented that tithes and offerings in churches have reduced due to the high cost of living. In an interview, Bishop Masupa said various operations of the churches aimed at helping the vulnerable in communities had been affected as a result. “We as church leaders are the custodians of communities in terms of those that are members of our churches directly or by extension, and they are complaining.
