FORMER Kabushi PF member of parliament Bowman Lusambo says he is ready to go bankrupt just to ensure that Zambia’s Constitution is protected. Lusambo has vowed to take the matter in which he was challenging his successor Bernard Kanengo’s election to the Constitutional Court. The Ndola and Kitwe High Courts recently dismissed Lusambo and former Kwacha PF member of parliament Joseph Malanji’s petitions in which they challenged their successors Bernard Kanengo and Charles Mulenga’s elections, respectively.
