ACTING PF president Given Lubinda has announced Miles Sampa’s suspension from the party’s central committee for a period of six weeks, following his Friday press briefing. And Lubinda says the party has halted campaigns for the party presidency until the process of refining the party constitution is completed. At his press briefing, Friday, Sampa urged the government to give KCM back to Vedanta saying a bird in one’s hands is better than one in the air. He also questioned the party’s failure in the Lukashya by-election where the PF candidate came third behind Socialist Party and UPND candidates.
