SENIOR Chief Mwata Kazembe says Luapula Province risks being cut off from the rest of the country due to its poor road network. The traditional leader has also urged the government to pay the money owed to contractors. Speaking during a meeting with Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi, Senior Chief Mwata Kazembe urged government to urgently work on the roads in the province. “The problems in the provinces, Mwansabombwe in particular, are almost everywhere.
