PF member Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba (GBM) says it’s a pity that President Hakainde Hichilema is not shy to have the government award a contract to a company which he is associated with. And GBM has warned that President Hichilema will be made to account for his actions after leaving office. The Ministry of Mines has awarded a tender to African Life Financial Services Zambia Limited for the position of Environmental Protection Fund Manager. Some of the shareholders of African Life Financial Service include Menel Management Services Limited whose shareholders are Munakupya Hantuba, Hakainde Hichilema and Valentine Chitalu.
