PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says the country used to have a Director of Public Prosecutions who did not support the corruption fight hence the delay which was there to deal with corruption matters. And President Hichilema says the new dawn government will ensure that there is a regulation in place so that corruption cases are prosecuted within 90 days. Meanwhile, President Hichilema says the government should be able to announce the final decision regarding KCM by end of the first quarter.
