PF central committee member Davies Mwila says the party opted to sell the land it acquired, allegedly belonging to the Zambia Army because government wanted to grab it. Police recently charged and arrested Mongu High Court Judge Wilfred Muma for the offence of willful failure to comply with the law or procedure relating to the allocation and disposal of property.
