JUSTICE Minister Mulambo Haimbe says government is not trying to gag former president Edgar Lungu but says he should come out in the open if he wants to remain in active politics. And Haimbe says the issue of lifestyle audits should be looked at holistically, arguing that the focus should not only be on public officials.
