ENERGY Regulation Board chairperson Reynolds Bowa says investigations have been instituted to establish who was at fault in the recent fuel tanker explosion calamity. A fuel tanker last Saturday exploded along Mungwi road in Lusaka, leaving five men severely burnt and Vice-President Mutale Nalumango who visited accident scene expressed concern about the parking area for the fuel tankers and tasked the ERB to look into the matter.
