FORMER Copperbelt Minister Mwenya Musenge says Zambians cannot wait until 2026 to criticise the UPND government. Mines and Minerals Development Minister Paul Kabuswe said in a recent interview that the new dawn government’s performance can only be judged in August 2026, and not now.
