PF presidential aspirant Mutotwe Kafwaya has accused the UPND of trying to intimidate Auditor General Dr Dick Sichembe for fear of being exposed by his office. But Justice Minister Mulambo Haimbe has described the argument as being irrelevant, saying there is no constitutional provision that gives the Auditor General or anyone other than the President immunity for criminal offences. On Monday, Dr Sichembe expressed shock at the summons issued against him by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), saying it had never happened before where an Auditor General was summoned by a sister institution.
