PF lawyer Makebi Zulu says the party will argue before the Constitutional Court that ECZ acted illegally by stopping Joseph Malanji and Bowman Lusambo from participating in the Kwacha and Kabushi by-elections, respectively, following the court ruling. On March 10, the Constitutional Court delivered a full ruling in a matter in which Malanji and Lusambo challenged the Electoral Commission of Zambia’s decision to reject their nominations on the basis that they caused a vacancy in the National Assembly.
