THE Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) has called on government to consider establishing an Engineering General’s Office. And Energy Minister Peter Kapala has asked EIZ to ensure experts are engaged to monitor works on the Lusaka-Ndola Dual Carriageway, Kafue Lower Gorge among other projects.
