ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha says citizens are enjoying the country’s democracy as evidenced by peaceful by-elections being held in the country. Zambia co-hosted the Democracy Summit from March 29 to 30, 2023 with the United States of America, Costa Rica, the Netherlands and the Republic of Korea.
