FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says even after the country’s debt problem is sorted out, government still has outstanding issues to resolve such as creating employment. In an interview, Monday, Dr Musokotwane said it is for this reason that government is undertaking various reform programmes which would in turn attract investment. “I think it’s not about me (seeing to it that the debt is restructured), it’s about the team that is led by the President.
