FORMER Defence minister Davies Chama says President Hakainde Hichilema is being stingy by discouraging his ministers from using VX motor vehicles, arguing that such vehicles are needed especially when travelling to rural areas. Commenting on President Hichilema’s statement that he did not want his ministers to be driving expensive VX motor vehicles, Chama argued that VX vehicles were not only durable but good for long trips. “He is being petty.
