COMMERCE, Trade and Industry Minister Chipoka Mulenga says government will create Electric Vehicle (EV) policies after conducting feasibility studies in the sector. Recently, Business and Investments Consultants in Africa (BICA) called on government to come up with policies that would direct the Electrical Vehicles (EV) sector in the country.
