CHALIMBANA University Student Union president Gabriel Simutowe says President Hakainde Hichilema and the new dawn government have scooped a distinction in the delivery of campaign promises. And Simutowe says the reinstatement of the meal allowances has enabled students to concentrate more on studies and has kept sugar daddies away from the female students.
