MINISTER of Green Economy and Environment Collins Nzovu says government will not be swayed into making decisions which are outside legal provisions with regards to mining in Lower Zambezi National Park. And Nzovu says he is worried because Mwembeshi Resources Limited is already abrogating laws even before commencing its mining activities in the national park. Last week, ZEMA ordered Mwembeshi Resources Limited to immediately cease all mining and construction activities in Lower Zambezi National Park.
