FORMER Bank of Zambia Governor Caleb Fundanga has given the new dawn government “high marks” for the implementation of the Constituency Development Fund. And Dr Fundanga says stability in institutions like the Central Bank cannot be maintained if chief executives are working in fear of being fired. Meanwhile, Dr Fundanga says Zambia must increase its production and export capacity to earn more foreign exchange in order to pay the country’s debt.
