FORMER home affairs minister Davies Mwila says there is nothing wrong with recruiting a party cadre who is qualified into the police service. Mwila has, however, challenged the police command to fire officers who are deemed to be unqualified as opposed to being “cry babies”. And former home affairs minister Stephen Kampyongo says Inspector General of Police Graphel Musamba is setting himself up for failure by being mischievous and acting like a political cadre.
