PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says he is fully aware that the cost of mealie meal has become unbearable, and has maintained that his government is still implementing modalities for lowering the cost of living. The President also says by the time his party clocks 10 years in office, Zambians will not only be eating nshima whenever they want, but they will also enjoy affordable rice, potatoes and other forms of nutrition.
