UPND Deputy Secretary General Gertrude Imenda says President Hakainde Hichilema does not have many options in terms of women whom he can appoint to Cabinet because the ruling party did not do a good job at adoption stage. And Imenda says the CSOs which are making noise about gender parity issues now should have been vocal during adoptions because it is now too late. Chapter One Foundation, NGOCC and other stakeholders have raised concern over the low numbers of women being appointed to Cabinet and other decision making positions.
