THE Anti-Corruption Commission says it is investigating corruption allegations in the awarding of a contract to Agro Fuels for the supply of diesel and cleaning of the TAZAMA pipeline by the Ministry of Energy. And Oil Marketing Companies Association of Zambia (OMCAZ) president Dr Kafula Mubanga has charged that Energy Minister Peter Kapala is favouring selected fuel suppliers on awarding contracts, a move he says has led to a continuous rise in the commodity price.
