THE House of Chiefs has commended President Hakainde Hichilema for honouring Paramount Chief Mpezeni of the Ngoni people with the Order of the Eagle of Zambia Third Division. To mark this year’s independence celebration, President Hichilema honoured Paramount Chief Mpezeni for working with over six governments during his 40 years on the throne and for promoting agriculture.
