THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has appointed Brown Kasaro as its new Chief Electoral Officer (CEO). And Kasaro has pledged to undertake his work transparently and with integrity. During a media briefing yesterday, ECZ chairperson Mwangala Zaloumis said the recruitment process of the CEO took long because the commission decided to follow a transparent and rigorous process to fill the vacancy.
