FORMER Leader of the Opposition in Parliament Brian Mundubile has charged that government is abusing Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti by forcing her to breach the law. On Tuesday, NGOCC Board Chairperson Grace Sinkamba led NGOCC members on a solidarity visit to Speaker Mutti, where she said the outright disrespect which the Speaker was getting in the National Assembly was despicable.
