FORMER Health Minister Brian Chituwo says when President Hakainde Hichilema lobbies for Zambia to be made a location for producing the cholera vaccine, it is almost as if he is admitting that we are dirty people and the only way we can avoid the disease is through vaccination. On Monday, President Hichilema urged cooperating partners to consider making Zambia a location for local manufacturing of Cholera vaccines during the Conference on Public Health.
