LOCAL Government and Rural Development Minister Gary Nkombo says his allegiance is with President Hakainde Hichilema. On Tuesday, Governance Activist Brebnar Changala said Nkombo could beat President Hakainde Hichilema if a genuine convention was held in the UPND.
