LUSAKA Mayor Chilando Chitangala says she finds it difficult to execute her duties in Kabwata and Munali constituencies because of political interference by area members of parliament. Speaking when she featured on Hot FM, Friday, Chitangala said some members of parliament want her to report to them when visiting the constituency, which she says shouldn’t be the case.
