THE United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) says government is putting up unnecessary road blocks to stop the registration of the Alliance. On Wednesday, Police Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga said UKA members Sakwiba Sikota and Jackson Silavwe had been asked to resubmit correct documents, after the duo presented incomplete forms required for the partial fulfilment of the party registration process.
