COUNCIL of Churches in Zambia general secretary Fr Emmanuel Chikoya has clarified that he never said former president Edgar Lungu meant well for the country in his entire presidency when he recently featured on the Conversation Podcast. In an interview, Tuesday, Fr Chikoya clarified that he was referring to the times they would meet during the national dialogue process when Lungu gave them an impression that he meant well.
