LUKASHYA PF MP George Chisanga says the proposal to come up with a law that will regulate how state funerals are handled needed more public stakeholder consultation before being taken to Parliament. On Wednesday, the National Assembly adopted a motion urging government to regulate the conduct of funerals for sitting and former heads of the Legislature, Executive and Judiciary. The motion was moved by Kanyama UPND MP Monty Chinkuli and seconded by Solwezi East UPND MP Alex Katakwe.
