THE Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) says it is deeply alarmed by government’s decision to reintroduce Bill 7 in the National Assembly despite a clear Constitutional Court ruling that the process leading to the presentation of the Bill was unconstitutional. The association, which is demanding the withdrawal of the Bill from the National Assembly, says government must lead by example by respecting and abiding by court decisions.
