THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has arrested and charged Judy Thebe, aged 57, of Lusaka, for being involved in a transnational drug trafficking syndicate. DEC Deputy Public Relations Officer Theresa Mawere explains that the arrest relates to a controlled delivery involving 808 grammes of cannabis, transported from South Africa aboard a bus destined for Lusaka via Chirundu District.
