THE Namwala Town Council has procured a set of earth-moving equipment at a total cost of K16,896,840 using CDF allocations since 2023. The district has further disclosed that it is currently working on a 20-kilometre stretch of roads in Chief Mukobela’s and Chief Muchila’s chiefdoms. Namwala Town Council Public Relations Officer Nchimunya Lukubi disclosed this to News Diggers in an interview. “Under the 2023 CDF allocation, as Namwala Town Council, we procured a brand-new tractor and a two-in-one 5-tonne tipping trailer.
