FROM learning in grass-thatched structures, pupils at Mwapula Day Secondary School in Chisamba District are now enjoying a conducive learning environment after receiving a new 1×3 classroom block constructed under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF). According to local authorities in the district, the project reflects CDF’s aim of turning community needs into tangible development.
