NINETY-one community groups in Itezhi-Tezhi District of Southern Province benefited from Constituency Development Fund (CDF) empowerment in 2024 alone. Itezhi-Tezhi Town Council says a total of K2,530,000 in CDF funds was disbursed as grants to various groups for empowerment. The council added that 25 clubs that applied under the 2025 CDF empowerment programme are yet to benefit due to delays in the release of funds.
