MINISTRY of Mines Permanent Secretary Dr Hapenga Kabeta says government considers it an unnecessary cost to publish the list of cooperatives that will be deployed to mining sites previously occupied by illegal miners. On Friday, Mines Minister Paul Kabuswe said government would deploy trained artisanal miners to areas that were occupied by illegal miners, such as Mufumbwe and Mpika.
