MOPANI Copper Mines Plc has suspended all underground mining operations being conducted by Reliant Mining in Kitwe and Mufulira following two fatal accidents in less than three weeks. Mopani Public Relations Manager Dr Nerbert Mulenga says the suspension of the mine will remain in force until full investigations are completed and a comprehensive safety plan is submitted.
