YOUTHS in Itezhi-Tezhi district of Southern Province have praised government for constructing a Youth Skills Centre in the area. This is in light of a K1,986,482.79 Youth Skills Training Centre, which the Itezhi-Tezhi District Council is constructing and is now nearing completion.
